Biography

For more than a decade, Tara has dedicated her legal career to advocating for individuals and families who have been mistreated by insurance companies. Her practice spans personal injury, workers’ compensation, and first-party insurance disputes. What sets Tara apart is her insider’s understanding of the insurance industry – earned through several years spent representing a major insurance carrier. This experience equips her with valuable insight into how insurers operate and how to challenge their tactics effectively.

Tara leverages this knowledge to give her clients a strategic advantage. Her advocacy is hands-on and client-centered, rooted in the belief that injured and hardworking people deserve more than just promises- they deserve results.

A proud graduate of Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Tara is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana and is admitted to all Texas federal district courts.

Clients and colleagues describe Tara as a strong, practical advocate who listens closely, prepares thoroughly, and litigates with professionalism and integrity.

Outside the courtroom, Tara enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She is also deeply committed to pro bono work, providing legal assistance to Brazoria and Harris Counties’ underserved individuals.
